What we do

Using our revolutionary in-house data platform, Compass, we use technology to invest institutional capital in residential property at scale and provide renters with high quality homes.

Looking after the people in Bricklane properties properly helps us to deliver returns for our institutional investors.

Our story so far

We’ve spent years developing our technology, data science and management expertise.

In 2020, we began offering solutions to institutional investors.
We’re currently deploying our first institutional mandate of £600m – the most significant technology-driven investment in the UK residential market to date.

Now, we’re growing our team and making significant investment into Compass, our revolutionary in-house data analytics platform. Technology is at the heart of what we do at Bricklane. It’s a hugely exciting time and we would love you to join us in transforming the residential property market.

We love working from our brand new office in Old Street and are operating a hybrid model. That said, we support partial remote working, if that’s best for you.
