London Launch Promotion (‘the Offer’)

Qualifying transactions

  1. The Offer will be available for new and existing Bricklane.com customers who make an investment into Bricklane London REIT plc (the “London fund”)
  2. Payments made to invest into the London Fund during the Offer Period qualify for the Offer, subject to point (3), (“Qualifying Transactions”).
  3. Investments must be completed using funds that are new to the Bricklane.com platform. Customers selling investments in Bricklane Residential REIT plc (the “Regional Capitals fund”) during the Offer Period and invest in the London fund are not eligible for the Offer.
  4. The Offer Period is from 2 August 2017 until midday on 12 October 2017.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, monthly payments to the London fund will only be eligible for the offer during the Offer period, and not for subsequent payments, regardless of when they were committed.

Platform fee discount

Qualifying Transactions will be eligible for a discounted platform fee of 1% of the sum to be invested, rather than the typical 2%.

Capital at risk

The value of your investment can go down as well as up. If you want to sell shares, there is no guarantee that you will be able to find a buyer for your shares within a reasonable timeframe at a price that is acceptable to you. The REITs invest in residential property, which are not highly liquid assets. Rental yields and dividends may be lower than estimated.

Tax rules and allowances depend on individual circumstances and may change in the future. If you are unsure about whether investment is right for you, you should seek independent advice before investing, including tax advice.
