Due to the impressive performance of our first apartment, we purchased a second in Oct 2018. Both apartments have parking spaces, which is rare for the development and the fringe city centre, and very popular with tenants. Tenants can also enjoy landscaped communal gardens and pleasant surroundings.

We selected the properties in Advent House because of the development’s location, particularly its proximity to some of the city’s key transport links. Advent House is a mere stone’s throw from Manchester Piccadilly Station and offers easy access to the city’s tram system. Additionally, Manchester’s trendy Northern Quarter and the tranquil New Islington canals are just a short walk away.
