Investment Fee
One off charge when you buy an investment. Helps to cover the cost of buying property, and helps protect our investors by discouraging short-term speculative trading. You’ll pay a single investment fee every time you invest. .
For the first £25,000, the upfront investment fee is 2%. For invested amounts above £25,000 this investment fee halves to 1%.
Pension (SIPP) customers are charged investment fees of 1.25%, with a minimum investment of £10,000.
*The £25,000 threshold for the reduced investment fee is calculated as total payments made into your account, minus any withdrawals, excluding fees. Learn more
Annual Management Fee
Annual charge for the ongoing support of your investment, which includes all fund-related costs (e.g valuation, depositary). This means our Ongoing Charges Figure is also 0.85% - a fraction of comparable investments. This fee is automatically deducted from your earnings.
