How the referral offer works

When an existing customer introduces a new customer to Bricklane.com, they will both receive 6 months’ management fee back (0.85% per year) — boosting their returns.

The new customer must register via the existing customer’s referral page.

Referred customers must invest at least £500 in their first 6 months, or maintain a monthly contribution (where the minimum investment is £50 per month). An amount equal to the management fee paid will be credited to both your accounts after the first 6 months, at the end of the relevant calendar month.

Each customer may refer up to 5 new customers.

Bricklane.com reserves the right to close the offer to new referrals at any time.

For full details see the referral terms and conditions.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up. If you want to sell shares, there is no guarantee that you will be able to find a buyer for your shares within a reasonable timeframe at a price that is acceptable to you. The REITs invest in residential property, which are not highly liquid assets. Rental yields and dividends may be lower than estimated.

Tax rules and allowances depend on individual circumstances and may change in the future. If you are unsure about whether investment is right for you, you should seek independent advice before investing, including tax advice.
