How your investment works for you

Access our online platform easily

Once you’ve invested, your money is entered into the next fortnightly cycle to buy shares in your chosen property portfolio. Before investment, it’s held securely in a segregated account at a major UK high street bank.

Your investment is spread across the properties in your chosen portfolios. You now own a slice of expertly chosen homes.

Earn returns from rental income and capital growth

Capital at risk

Your investment will reflect the change in property prices and the rental income these homes generate1.

The value of your shares will change after every fortnightly investment cycle, which will be shown on your dashboard.

Rental income is automatically reflected in the value of your shares. You can choose to receive this income quarterly as a dividend, or reinvest into property, compounding your returns.

Investments are automatically diversified and fully managed

As more people invest in the funds, money is used to buy more properties. As the portfolios grow, your investment is automatically spread across each property added to the fund.

Properties and tenants are managed on your behalf, in conjunction with our partner Touchstone. We are committed to providing tenants with an excellent renting experience.

Request a withdrawal at anytime

Submit a request to withdraw at anytime online via your dashboard. We do not lock you in to a minimum investment period, and there are no withdrawal fees.1

Your shares will automatically be entered into the cycle to be sold to another investor. To date, all investors wishing to exit a cycle have been able to exit first time.

Money will be deposited in your bank account once the investment has been sold.

If, in exceptional circumstances, there is ever a shortage of buyers for your shares, you will have the option of waiting for a buyer to sell at market value, or offering them at a discount to incoming investors to sell them faster. You will be given this choice in your dashboard, with the opportunity to set the maximum discount at which to sell your shares to an incoming investor.
Capital at risk

The value of your investment can go down as well as up. If you want to sell shares, there is no guarantee that you will be able to find a buyer for your shares within a reasonable timeframe at a price that is acceptable to you. The REITs invest in residential property, which are not highly liquid assets. Rental yields and dividends may be lower than estimated.
