1. Swap your buy-to-let for Bricklane investments

If your property meets our investment criteria, you might be able to swap your existing buy-to-let holdings for investments in your ISA, SIPP or Standard Account. This means you can keep exposure to the property market, but in a hassle-free, flexible, tax-efficient way. You can sell down your investments gradually and even split them up amongst your family.

2. Sell company-held properties for more

Get a better price for your property if it’s held through a company. If you hold your property in a company, you could be liable to pay corporation tax on past capital gains. Bricklane funds may be able to buy the company directly, removing corporation tax liability, meaning more money in your pocket.

3. Sell your property for free when you invest the proceeds with Bricklane

If you’re a landlord whose properties are outside of our target areas (London; and Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham) and whose properties don’t meet our investment criteria, we will help you sell your properties for free when you invest some of the proceeds with Bricklane.
